Not trying to be all live bloggy or anything, but the NY-23 race is looking darned promising right now. Unless it all goes badly wrong, ol' dirty aquarium teeth guy is out:
"With 77 percent of precincts reporting, the Democrat, Bill Owens, had 49 percent of the vote, while the Conservative Party candidate, Douglas L. Hoffman, had 45 percent, a margin of fewer than 4,000 votes."
