Limbaugh v. China

Fat racist piece of sh*t Rush Limbaugh did 20 seconds of gibberish on his show the other day and joked about Chinese President Hu Jintao. "Normally they translate every couple of words, but Hu Jintao was just going chin chong, chin chong cha..." Limbaugh said continuing the 'chin chonging' like a true second-grade comedy genius.

So Asian pols Leland Yee and Paul Fong in California asked for Limbaugh to apologize. Oh no they didn't... you should know being a fat racist piece of sh*t means never having to say you're sorry. Now Limbaugh's dittoheads are mad at them. Yee says that he received a fax from an unknown sender which made racist comments and called him a Marxist. "Rush Limbaugh will kick your Chink ass and expose you for the fool you are," part of the memo said.

As usual, absolutely no causal link between wingnut rhetoric and the actions of crazy people. Move along...

Tragedy & False Equivalence. Again.

The mass shooting in Tucson inspired the NYT to step up the game of false equivalence the American media love to play:

Within minutes of the first reports Saturday that Representative Gabrielle Giffords, an Arizona Democrat, and a score of people with her had been shot in Tucson, pages began disappearing from the Web. One was Sarah Palin’s infamous “cross hairs” map from last year, which showed a series of contested Congressional districts, including Ms. Giffords’s, with gun targets trained on them. Another was from Daily Kos, the liberal blog, where one of the congresswoman’s apparently liberal constituents declared her “dead to me” after Ms. Giffords voted against Nancy Pelosi in House leadership elections last week.

How could anyone in their right mind, with even a shred of journalistic integrity, equate the violent right wing posturing that inspired the shooting with some random bitching from a liberal? This is unforgivable and pathetic.

For every Palin/Beck/Limbaugh/Hannity stoked atrocity, there is not an equal and opposite liberal impetus. This is not some law of moral physics. And there should be no "hang on, let's not rush to judgment...". F*cks like the Arizona 'libertarian' who gunned down Giffords and killed at least six other people today are not influenced by talk from the left. These people take notice of Palin/Beck/Limbaugh/Hannity. Palin/Beck/Limbaugh/Hannity are the fluffers of the psychotics with the power to turn nutbags into fully-functioning terrorists.

So in short, f*ck you NYT. And a f*ck you too to all those conservative blogs who are now busily clogging the Web with defenses of eliminationist rhetoric and pretending the violent bullsh*t being spewed out by Palin/Beck/Limbaugh/Hannity cannot possibly be to blame.

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

Ol' Limp-Baugh was full of admiration for Judge Robert Vinson - the federal district judge who's challenging the constitutionality of health-care reform. He went on a whole rant about Vinson's passion for hunting and his love of mounting stuffed bear heads all over the place to scare away liberals. A truly macho conserva-dude! Just the thought of it was probably enough to make ol' Limp-Baugh skip his Viagra before heaving his sweating bulk atop his new bride and calling her Bob...

But the trouble is it ain't true:

Judge Vinson is not much of a hunter ("I've never killed a bear, and I'm not Davy Crockett," he said in a statement). In fact, his main hobby is horticulture: He's the president of the American Camellia Society.

Work fast, Rush... how do we make a guy who grows pretty flowers for a hobby look like a right-wing Rambo to strike the fear of God into liberals???

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

Oh, Limp-baugh... has the behemoth of dumb ever opened his mouth without a cascade of stupid tumbling out? Today he phoned it in and made some cookie-cutter rant about Obama being "America's first anti-American president" during which:

Limbaugh sarcastically suggests that we build a Hindu Temple next to Pearl Harbor and a Mosque next to the Pentagon... without realizing that Shinto, not Hinduism, is the most common religion in Japan, and there is already a Mosque inside the Pentagon and a Shinto temple next to Pearl Harbor.

It's the sad, painfully irrelevant sound of one hand masturbating.

Today's Thoughts of (Deputy) Chairman Limp-Baugh

Hu-pig's brother David writes a column for the Washington Examiner and it's just sh*t. He also has a book out tiresomely entitled "Bankrupt: The Intellectual and Moral Bankruptcy of Today's Democratic Party." 'Scuse me while I yawn...

It's mind-boggling to imagine a Republican really believing Democrats are "intellectually and morally bankrupt" when the statement is absolutely tailor-made to fit to their own party. It's like Hu-pig calling Obama chubby. Let's see...

It's the Republican party that's full of old-school pols desperately trying to re-brand themselves as anti-government radicals because they're sh*t scared of being ousted by teabaggers. Intellectual and moral Chapter 11? Check.

It's the Republican party that's still represented by Michael Steele - the unfireable doofus who would have been torn to shreds if the GOP were not also sh*t scared of looking (more) like racists. Intellectual and moral Chapter 11? Check.

It's the Republican party that's cheer-leading for the inexplicably popular Sarah Palin even though she's completely unelectable and devoid of any ability. Intellectual and moral Chapter 11? Check.

But let's save the best for last...

It's the Republican party that's under the boot heel of David Limbaugh's brother Rush - a f*cking talk radio host that no Republican has the balls or intellectual perspicuity to criticize - even when he's spectacularly, stupidly and embarrassingly wrong. Intellectual and moral Chapter 11? Done.

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

After a brief post-nuptial sabbatical, Limp-baugh is back. And with a vengeance. Of late, Hu-pig is hitting above his average and the wrong - both factual and moral - is gushing like a busted oil well.

Hu-pigs pronouncements are a bitter-sweet thing. Hell, I wish to God he could shut up permanently... maybe assisted by a blunt chainsaw to that squished-up area of greasy flab that constitutes his throat. But then I'd really miss those Limp-baugh salvos into America's "culture war" that do so much to show c*ntservatism up for the bankrupt non-philosophy it is. With every word he grunts, Hu-pig just reminds the sane how right they are to despise him and everything he represents. So here we go...

Grunt, squeal... Hu-pig announces that Obama "wouldn't have been voted president if he weren't black". Because, of course, American history is chock-full of black presidents and whitey never gets a break. I'm sure we all remember those pundit analyses back in 2007-8... "Yeh, I think America isn't really ready to not vote for a black president."

Hu-pig then expands this surrealistically stupid riff by claiming "If Obama weren't black he'd be a tour guide in Honolulu". Really? How does this even make pretend sense? Is Hawaii full of bitter white guys who shelved their doomed presidential ambitions to become tour guides instead? Ahh... That's why the guy with the mic on the open-top bus in Honolulu looks Al Gore...

Once that oh-so patriotic trashing of our elected C-in-C is done, Hu-pig now ventures fearlessly into the world of science and math. O-oh... anyone spot a red flag? Nope. Not Hu-pig. Instead it's cloven hoof to the metal and out comes this: "Most of these claims about Muslim contributions to science and math are myths". It is for pearls of wisdom such as this that Hu-pig is worth every penny of his MMMMMMMMMMMXIICV per-year salary.

Enough already! I'll just leave you with this last scary thought from Limp-baugh acknowledging his position as de facto conservative supremo:

"The center of the universe is not the RNC. It's right here"

Yup. Much as the wingnuts may scoff when liberals accuse them of being led by Limp-baugh, according to the Hu-pig himself it is true.

Limbaugh Still Not Dead Yet. Sigh...

Limp-baugh was ranting today about hungry kids and offered this advice:

There's the Dollar Menu at McDonald's and if they don't have Chicken McNuggets, dial 911 and ask for Obama. There's another place if none of these options work to find food; there's always the neighborhood dumpster.

Why can't this lard-addled hu-pig just die already?

Gay Uncle Tom?

I'm not gay and I think Elton John sucks anyway but I can't help being offended that he's playing Rush Limbaugh's wedding. Page2Live says Limp-baugh, one of America's most high-profile gay haters, is reportedly paying him more than $1 million.

No, gay Uncle Tom is not just the life-long bachelor who turns up at family reunions wearing Versace shirts.

The Wingnut Culture of Corporate Infallibility

Says the British Daily Mail:

President Obama was facing a growing backlash last night over the U.S. government's slow response to the oil spill disaster... Critics compared Mr Obama's belated attempts to contain the catastrophe to George W Bush's dithering over Hurricane Katrina.

Who are these critics? Smell a wingnut meme? Limp-baugh says the incident would be remembered as “Obama’s Katrina" (because he'd really like it to be).

But here's a funny thing... aren't the people equating the gulf oil spill to Katrina the same folks who'd still contend Bush did nothing wrong back in 2005? So wouldn't Obama be blameless too by their own logic? But I digress...

I appreciate corporations can do no wrong in Limp-baugh's eyes and Obama is bound by some absolute law of the cosmos to always be wrong. But wouldn't it behoove them to blame BP for their slow response to a disaster of their own making?

Partisan bias is one thing, but a point-blank refusal to criticize corporations for anything is a uniquely American psychosis.

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

While everyone ponders why BP's Gulf rig failed and who's to blame, the half-man, half-pig super sleuth cracks the case wide open:

"The environmentalist wackos did it."

Evidence? It happened on Earth Day. Case closed.

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

Does someone need a post-healthcare bill hug..?

"We need to defeat these bastards. We need to wipe them out."

So sayeth Chairman Limp-Baugh. To whom was the great eliminator referring? Trotskyites? Bolsheviks? Jews..? Nope. Limp-baugh means the Dems. Hopefully, he's being metaphorical and is alluding to an electoral, as opposed to literal, 'wiping out'. But who knows these days...

Man, them tighty righties ain't keen on losing!

Fox News Solves Healthcare Debate: Go To Your Vet

C•ntservatives are fond of repeating their ludicrous mantras. One tired favorite is the "America has the best healthcare system in the world" BS. In his book "See, I Told You So", Chairman Limp-baugh boldly claimed that US healthcare is "the envy of the world".

But Limp-baugh seems blissfully unaware of awkward facts like " only 2 percent of all Canadians believe that the U.S. has a better health care system than their own". Some envy. But why let inconvenient truth stand in the way of politically useful bullsh*ttery?

American healthcare languishes pitifully low at 37th on the World Health Organization rankings list. But, to be fair, emergency care does rate highly for those who can afford its crippling cost:

The fact is that America does not have the finest health care system in the world; it has the finest emergency care system in the world. Highly trained American doctors can summon Star Wars-type technology in saving patients who have become seriously injured or critically ill. But as far as preventative medicine goes, the U.S. is still in the Stone Age.

Of course, saying our ER care is the best in the world means you need to adopt a weird suspension of disbelief and accept that it's OK to charge up to $3,000 for a CAT scan that costs a couple of hundred bucks anywhere else in the world. You also need to forget about all those families going bankrupt and hospitals passing gigantic bills to the taxpayer for reimbursement once the patient is bled thoroughly dry. But I digress...

Now Fox News' 'Fox & Friends' come up with a great new idea for healthcare reform - go to your vet:

Veterinary oncologist Karen Oberthaler... says modeling treatment for humans after veterinary clinics could reduce the use of wasteful and often unnecessary tests.

"A very brilliant veterinary oncologist has a suggestion. She says we should treat people like they treat their dogs," guest host Dari Alexander said.

"Which makes a lot of sense," host Steve Doocy responded.

The saddest part of the whole segment? When Oberthaler said her second most frequently asked question as a veterinarian was "Do you think I could be treated in this hospital?"

Our healthcare system "the envy of the world"? If only the rest of the world knew about our vets...

Today's Thoughts of Chairman Limp-Baugh

Chairman Limp-baugh threatens to leave the country if Obama (somehow) manages to pass his healthcare bill. Say wha..? Yup. He says he's off to Costa Rica.

Presumably he'll be off to be star attraction in some kind of c*ntservative Jurrassic Park Richard Attenborough's building down there. Maybe he could take a few other cold-blooded, reptilian wingnuts with him? I can but dream...

But wait. Now Limp-baugh's 'clarifying' his 'threat'. According to Raw Story:

Now Limbaugh is saying he will not leave the U.S., as in, move away. Instead, Limbaugh claims that he will simply "go to Costa Rica" for his medical care.

As is usual with wingnut demagogues who prefer to think only with their cerebellum, Limp-baugh's qualifying statement only makes his original thesis sound even stupider. Oh no, he wouldn't do anything as rash as leave the country if "Obamacare" passes. That would be crazy... Instead, he'll just snub American "socialist healthcare" and head down to Costa Rica to avail himself of some 100% genuine socialist healthcare:

Costa Rica, you see, has socialized health care operated by a government insurance monopoly, which provides a remarkably high quality of service for a fraction of the costs routinely seen in the United States.

Let's Pray For The Death of Chairman Limp-Baugh

Rush Limp-Baugh is technically human inasmuch as he walks upright and has the requisite number of ears and eyes. Apart from that, this piece of dog excrement clinging stubbornly to the cosmic shoe of our mass experience bears no relation to anything human.

Two examples:

1. When Limp-Baugh heard of a woman forced to wear her dead sister's dentures because she couldn't afford to get her own fitted, was he disgusted? Nope. He called it "Sob Story of The Day" and made a crack about Democrat's being into recycling.

2. When a Limp-Baugh listener told him he couldn't afford the requisite $6,000 to get his broken wrist fixed, he said "Well, you shouldn't have broken your wrist."

It's one thing to take the conservative philosophy that healthcare is a privilege not a right and that it should only be available to those who can afford it. That just makes you a c*nt. But to go the extra mile and mock those in need who've been screwed over by the iniquitous system you champion? There are no more words.

America's Lumpen Aristocracy

Sorry to harp on but, f*ck, what the hell is wrong with this country? How can we not admit there's something terminally wrong when Sarah Palin pulls in $100,000 for a magazine photo shoot?

How can we not just hang our heads in shame that our society also deems a worthless parasite like Palin worthy of $100,000 for a speaking gig? She's a superannuated high school bitch with nothing to say of wit, wisdom, grammar or value. But "worth" a hundred f*cking grand of some over-rich schmuck's money???

Also ponder Limp-baugh's annual $30 million and tell me with a straight face this country does not have a grotesquely skewed perspective on reality.

Conservatives might say I'm jealous. But that's because they're selfish pr*cks who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. If only they could ditch their infantile attachment to Ayn Rand and the corporate fascism of Fox and think like grown folks, could they honestly justify Palin and Limbaugh's bloated earnings when cops, nurses, high school teachers and other contributing members of American society are lucky to hit an annual $50,000 after a decade or so in the job? Really???

If this still seems fair to you, please proceed immediately to the nearest exit and slam your head in the door repeatedly until it doesn't.

Textbook Projection

When asked if he stood by his spectacularly inhumane call to quit giving money for Haiti disaster relief because it "aided Obama", Limp-baugh sought to justify himself with:

"I do believe that everything is political to this president."

Limp-baugh's gimmick has always been to wrongly accuse others of doing bad stuff he pretends he doesn't do himself. In politics, this is called being a Republican. In psychiatry, it's called projection and is usually symptomatic of narcissistic, paranoid or antisocial mental disorders.

At some point, we need to acknowledge partisan politics is no longer in play. With people like Limp-baugh, the lunatics are taking over the asylum. Not figuratively or metaphorically, but literally.

Limp-Baugh Upgrades From Offensive To Evil, Part 2

More thoughts on Haiti fresh from the unstoppable gob of Clear Channel's very own Satan:

"This will play right into Obama's hands. He's humanitarian, compassionate. They'll use this to burnish their, shall we say, "credibility" with the black community."

Nothing Wrong With US Healthcare?

Live long and prosper. If you can make the payments.

So Limbaugh is out of hospital and in fine fettle. Inevitably, as he addressed the press upon his release from hospital, this had to come:

"I don't think there's one thing wrong with the United States health system," Limbaugh said.

I guess all those Limbaugh listeners with Medicare or good quality employer plans will believe him. But there are many of us with experiences of the US healthcare system that differ.

2009 sucked for our family. My wife's mom died and, being uninsured, everything she had owned was automatically sucked up by the hospital that treated her in lieu of payment.

We're uninsured too because my wife selfishly chose to have a preexisting condition that prevents us from getting insurance. So we'll also remember 2009 as the year we got a $6,000 bill from the local Baptist hospital ER for a CAT scan and a five minute chat with a doctor (in the case of these good Christians, the quality of mercy was very much strained).

Nothing wrong with that? If you agree, there's either a hole in your brain where reason should be or a hole in your heart where compassion usually resides. But hey, like Limbaugh, you could afford to get it fixed because you obviously have good insurance.

Limbaugh OK

(CNN) -- Tests that were performed on Rush Limbaugh after he was admitted to a Hawaii hospital for chest pains "found absolutely nothing wrong," the conservative talk show host said Friday.

"It was a blessing," Limbaugh said.

This, of course, depends entirely on your point of view. Oh well... better luck next time, America.

Like... Err... Happy New Year. Here's to Rush.

Unenthusiastic Asian guy wishes you a happy new year. "I've, like, got some confetti if you want... if you don't, I don't care. No biggie."

By some odd, cosmic twist, the life of Rush Limbaugh and my thoughts about the upcoming new year have become inextricably linked. What will the new year bring? A Limbaugh-less new year? 'Tis a fascinating idea to ponder...

Oddly, not everyone is wishing death on Rush Limbaugh. Rochelle Riley comments at Freep.com:

"This is when we know we're losing America. People have been wishing that a loudmouth who's free to speak would die."

While I can appreciate Riley's propriety, I have to disagree.

Limbaugh is a moral and intellectual role model for millions. And as such, has wrought untold damage. He is a major reason why we find ourselves living in a country full of uninformed misanthropes who mistake bigotry for opinion and treat intelligence with contempt. We ain't losing America, we lost it a long time ago and Limbaugh is largely to blame.

Limbaugh is the antithesis of goodwill and compassion. He has worked tirelessly to undermine common human decency and the basic manners and honesty parents once taught their children. He has been instrumental in creating a society where it's OK to just be a dick and where antisocial attitudes that used be rejected by society are now 'justified' using Limbaugh's 'conservative' talking points.

In short, Limbaugh's assault on society has been the philosophical equivalent of bombing America back into the Stone Age. And his whole career amounts to one big, persuasive body of evidence proving him unworthy of anyone's compassion. So if it requires him to die to shut him up, so be it. F*ck Limbaugh. And a happy new year to all!
