It was November 17, 1973, when Nixon famously said "People have got to know whether or not their president is a crook. Well, I am not a crook." How quaint. Back in the 70s, the honesty and integrity of the president was actually of concern to the people. Then we had Bush and Clinton. Now all we care about is skin color and delusions of Socialism.
