Hoffman Given Up Giving In

"Rest assured, they will not succeed, and I am therefore revoking my statement of concession... Owens led by 300 votes on the final election night tally, but after recanvassing, I'm now leading by 424 votes."

Doug Hoffman, failed NY-23 Conservative carpetbagger, is not giving up. At least he's given up giving in and is... err... starting again. He's seeking to rescind his concession after absentee ballot counts threaten to sway the result in his direction.

Interesting to wonder if Al Gore had done the same thing in 2000, we would never have had a Bush government. But the conservative 'Brooks Brothers Rioters' and the tame Supreme Court made damn sure Gore and Joe 'Sore Loserman' conceded and stayed conceded even though final vote counts gave the popular vote to Gore. Hypocrisy? You betcha.
