Luckily for Peters, he enjoys the First Amendment freedom to spout divisive bullsh*t. If he was speaking on the BBC, for example, he'd be up in court for fomenting racial hatred. Freedom of Speech aside, is there really no legal mechanism for shutting down racist scumbags on TV? God forbid, my kid should glimpse a tit on network TV or hear an unbleeped cuss.
