Iraq Vet Fights For Life. Insurgents? No. Oakland PD.

Now I feel like a punk for making a joke headline on my last post... hadn't realized how badly injured the guy who got shot was.

Scott Olsen - an Iraq veteran and member of Veterans for Peace - suffered a skull fracture and brain swelling after being hit in the head during the "peaceful" eviction of the OWSers in Oakland. I wish the guy all the best (and hope he wouldn't begrudge me one dumb Bon Jovi referencing headline).
