Fiscal Conservatism. Again.

We liberal bloggers live Groundhog Day for real. Every day, we're driven to do our own small part to spread the truth. Every day, we find ourselves saying the same things over and over again and no-one seems to give a sh*t.

Fiscal conservative hypocrisy is a recurring Groundhog Day topic - like Bill Murray running to save that falling kid every day. On the one hand, we have the GOP working like a truth-bending prism to convince idiots that they care about government spending, the deficit, and all that. On the other hand, there are facts. So here goes Groundhog Day, #2,567... let me go wingnut caps lock for maximum effect:

EVERY DEMOCRAT ADMINISTRATION FROM TRUMAN THRU OBAMA HAS LOWERED THE FEDERAL DEBT. EVERY REPUBLICAN ADMINISTRATION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NIXON/FORD HAS RAISED THE FEDERAL DEBT.

Spin all you like, BS all you like... the facts speak for themselves even if no-one listens. But, hey, when were facts ever allowed to get in the way of the Republican message?
