Is Rick Perry Insane?

In a recent interview, Rick Perry told Occupy Wall Street demonstrators not to think about money so much. "Just find your passion," said Perry. "Stop thinking about money."

Perry has taken to acting like a lunatic with considerable aplomb. I don't think it's unfair to wonder if he really is one.
