Loon of The Day

State Rep. and part-time Mussolini lookalike Ritch Workman is seeking to lift Florida's ban on dwarf-tossing and return the state to a competitive position in the sport. So... thanks to this guy, there's a glimmer of hope for unemployed Floridians. So long as they're under 4-feet-tall.
