Hope & Change & Business As Usual

Official estimates by the Census Bureau show an increase of about 1 million in the number of Americans without health insurance in 2010 – to a 35-year high of 49.9 million persons, or 16.3 percent of the population, under the bureau’s revised calculation method.

Then there's:

The Obama administration says it will veto any bid by the Palestinians to seek statehood recognition at the U.N. Security Council... On Thursday, State Department spokesman Victoria Nuland said that if the issue comes to a vote in the Security Council, the U.S. will veto it.

Is it just me, or does it feel like happy George never left the building? And this flaccid disappointment of a president expects to whip hopelessly optimistic progs up for a 2012 re-do? F*ck it. I feel like casting a suicide vote for Perry just to spite the a**hole.
