That Sacred Government Tit (But Only For The Rich)

We live in a world where the truism ‘politics is a sick joke’ should be taken as read. So it’s no surprise that the Senate has voted to keep tax breaks for big oil while it yammers endlessly about cutting the federal budget.

While fake fiscal conservatives demonize teachers and public sector workers, moot the destruction of Social Security and Medicare to “balance the budget” and push the idea of shared sacrifice... they hand over $21 billion to the oil companies??? Most shamelessly of all, three supposed Democrats voted to keep the government tit out for the megarich:

Mary Landrieu of Louisiana
Mark Begich of Alaska
Ben Nelson of Nebraska

If any of the lazy-ass proles who reflexively tick Democrat in their districts paid attention, these a**holes would be forced to cross the aisle where they belong: with the suck-up-to-the-rich-and-f*ck-Americans party. Any chance of that happening ever?
