Two thoughts: 1. The thing does 4mph. Why not just walk? 2. Saying "it was a pink Barbie car" implies that drunky must have given it a paint job so it was less embarrassing to be seen in. If that ain't sadder than a burning orphanage, I don't know what is.
This story doesn't quite match the panache of the guy last year who got his DUI driving a motorized La-Z-Boy. But it's up there.
