Welcome To Doctor Laura's Hate Pit

When a black woman called Dr. Laura Schlessinger's hack advice show asking how to handle her white husband's family and friends throwing around racial insults, Schlessinger took a butterfly dive straight into the racial insensitivity pool.

As her caller tried to stop her, Schlessinger steamed into a rant about black comedians being able to yell "nigger nigger nigger" while she wasn't supposed to and that everyone needs to get over themselves. This kind of crap might have worked in the 50s but, unfortunately for Schlessinger, black people are now considered fully human and can expect not to be casually insulted by white idiots like Schlessinger.

Ask any black person and they'll tell you white folks who want to say "nigger" get mad because they're not allowed to use the word they invented. But black people are. No fair! But, as a white guy, I don't find this rule cramps my style any as I'm not interested in insulting races of people for no good reason and/or getting my ass justifiably kicked. But, like millions of other racist buffoons nationwide, it evidently chafes Schlessinger's white hide that a black person is now allowed to express offense at her using the "n word" rather than just staring at the floor and calling her ma'am.

At this point, you might expect Schlessinger to say sorry and quit her job. But no. Like any good wingnut, she views resignation out of shame as applying only to Democrats and progressives. Being a Republican means never having to say you're sorry.
