Hey, all state education is revisionist, racist bullshit. They're just more blatant about it here. Already primed my pre-K son with awkward questions about Texas history for the teacher. He was telling us how the cowboys started Texas and the stories he was learning in class. Told him, hey, mommy's 1/4 Cherokee. They were here first. Ask the teacher where your great grandparents fit in the story!
ReplyDeleteI remember my HS Civics teacher telling us that South African apartheid does not exist. He said it was fabricated by the MSM to make whites look bad. I asked if he thought the Holocaust was a lie...but he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Just said it's complicated. The guy was such a racist asshole.
