Worried?

"Schule spent Tuesday afternoon calling the FBI, Homeland Security, the Sheriff's Department — every agency he could think of. He was stuck in a bureaucratic limbo. “Everyone was handing it off to everybody else,” he said."

This is what happened when a guy in Houston found a 3-foot-long, fully operational missile launcher in his backyard. After 19 hours, the army eventually dropped by to pick it up. Jarrette Schule, who found the misplaced ordnance, said "you have to make an effort for them to come get their missile launcher.” Like I said, worried?
