A community of midgets (is 'midgets' still OK?) has set up its own village in China to "escape discrimination from normal-sized people." Everyone in the mountain commune in Kunming, southern China, must be under 4ft 3 ins to join. They run their own police force and fire brigade from amongst their 120 residents. Now the group has turned itself into a tourist attraction by building mushroom houses and living and dressing like fairy tale characters.
Does this sound like somewhere Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong would have woken up during a bad acid trip or what?
