There's a particularly nasty 'satirical' site called The Obama Forum that appears to be fooling some folks. Even though clues like "No Whites Allowed" notices on every page and screen names like "Sickle Cell Hammer" might hint that the site isn't exactly official, that doesn't stop some internet rubes from falling for the 'joke'.
At the UFOs/Conspiracy Theory/Lunatic Fringe site Godlike Productions, someone commented breathlessly that The Obama Forum is "No Joke folks! I read through this whole site, this is NO joke!!!!!!"
Then the discussion thread goes all teabagger with comments like "I love that forum, it shows the true brilliance of America's black race, lol" and "Never have I visited a website that induced vomiting until seeing that cesspool of ignorant communist f***s."
Eventually, the thread takes an interesting turn in the conspiracy theory direction with a commenter accusing Ron Paul of owning the site and providing 'proof' because The Obama Forum and the Ron Paul Forum share a common IP address according to the Who Is? database...
Help! My head hurts... have I been double-duped? Is the Godlike Productions site a hoax too? Is The Obama Forum really run by Ron Paul oompa loompas? Will Elaine marry Danny..? (Elderly "Soap" reference... anyone?)
