The Party of F*ck Y'all Pt. II

The Atlantic has a story called "Moderate Republicans Mount Fight Against Tea Party". At first glance, you might think this promises good news but then you re-think... so where are these 'moderate Republicans'? All Republicans have voted lock-step no to everything since Obama was elected.

The GOP has thrown the whole country under the bus as it wages its campaign of insurgency to topple the President. Where are the moderates who speak out against the insanity? Where are the "moderates" who defy the Stalinesque grip of the party whips and vote according to their consciences? Where are the "moderates" who denounce the bigotry and destructiveness of the Tea Party? No f*cking where that's where.

"Moderates" do not and cannot exist in this party any more because they either find themselves out of office or looking for a seat next to Arlen Specter on the other side of the aisle.

  1. You stated the obvious that seems to elude folks.
I wonder how long they can continue their slash and burn tactics of total innihilation and partisanship?
I think at some point the majority of voters have GOT to see it for what it is.
On the other side, the democrats have been wusses about it all, but they have been consistent and diligent in their approach. Healthcare, worker rights, engaged diplomacy. . . They have not surrendered to the same tactics.
