Philadelphia: the north's answer to Florida... While cops were busy busting hookers on an Upper Darby neighborhood street, they also stumbled on a crazy cat lady with 20 dead cats in her freezer. Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said "On one side, you got prostitution, on the other side, you got cats in the freezer, it's tragic."

But, looking on the bright side, one resident said "At least it's not drugs."
