SEC: Learn From The Prison Code

A former inmate said Bernie Madoff got beat up in prison because of a "dispute centered on money the assailant thought he was owed by Madoff". Madoff was treated for a broken nose, fractured ribs and cuts to his head and face.

How about the SEC dump their mild mannered, disinterested approach and start ass-kicking instead? I can guarantee Madoff will reimburse the guy in prison he ripped off - more than can be said for the investors he screwed. I can also guarantee he'll now be way more careful about breaking the prison code than he'd ever be about offending the feds. Hey, why not?
