Insanity

The guy who put up an "Impeach Obama" billboard in Pennsylvania says:

"The billboard is not meant to allege that any particular impeachable offense has been committed; it is simply an expression of frustration by my client that politics in Washington should change to better support small businesses."

So... "Impeach Obama" is not meant to imply he's actually done anything he could be impeached for? Interesting logic. And $1,000 a month well-spent for the billboard, genius.
