Handicapped Kids = Nature's Vengeance

“The number of children who are born subsequent to a first abortion with handicaps has increased dramatically. Why? Because when you abort the first born of any, nature takes its vengeance on the subsequent children.”

So says Republican legislator Bob Marshal.

It's a given that Marshal sculpted this rhetorical turd in his diseased mind and broadcast it via his ass. But what's intriguing is his subtle use of the word "nature" rather than God. WTF? Is he trying to reach out to us "heathen liberals" by not invoking the deity? Maybe by not using religious terminology he thinks he might broaden the appeal of his 'argument' beyond Jeezuzland? Does he really think this might fly???

Whatever his intentions, it's clear that Marshal actually gave some thought to his statement. And that's even more frightening than if he just blurted it out Bachmann-style amidst the throes of some kind of rant orgasm.

Maybe Republicans are God's... sorry... 'nature's vengeance' against us for not paying attention.
