Former Tennessee Democratic Congressman Harold Ford Jr. is considering a run in New York. Here the NY Times asks him about his personal policy on guns:
"I don't own them. I do shoot them, and I shoot them at things that can't shoot back. And will continue to do that. And by that, I want to be clear, I don't mean children."
As far as possible campaign promises go, not shooting kids is a good start. But he may want to ramp things up a bit.
