He was at The Grove shopping mall in L.A. on December 19 when he tried to film Simmons. He says he then asked Simmons about "his public persona about monogamy." Marlowe claims Simmons grabbed him by the throat, headbutted and choked him and said, "I will end you."
Marlowe says Simmons took his camera. Marlowe claims Simmons then grabbed his wife by the throat and threatened, "I will kill you." Marlowe says Simmons then made off with his camera in an SUV.
The judge claims she rejected the petition partly because the couple failed to show "a threat of future harm." I guess, for some reason, you're not supposed to take Gene Simmons seriously even when he threatens to kill you. Twice.
Apropos of nothing in particular, let me take this opportunity to say I always thought KISS were sh*t and that Gene Simmons' sex tape was the worst movie since Carrot Top's 'Chairman of the Board'. Whaddaya gonna do about it Gene..?
