TPM says:
Republicans blocking health care from moving forward using Senate procedure think if they can force Democrats to go home for the holidays without a vote, they might just kill the bill.
And, for once, I say good luck to the miserable, obstructionist, idea-less f*cks. This bill is nothing but a con job that wouldn't do anything but force people into buying the same sh*tty insurance they already cannot afford under legal duress. And big whup, Dems, on the 'no preexisting condition discrimination'. If you call being coerced into buying insurance you were previously disallowed for three times the price an end to discrimination, then you can kiss my diminished glutes and consider my vote irrevocably lost.
I'd rather slit my wrists with a blunt razor than support the repubs. But if they want to kill a sad and useless bill and force the a-holes in DC to rethink their 'anything we can do to help the insurance companies' stance, then good luck and Godspeed the bad ship GOP.
