This is one more symptom of Obama falling victim to the age-old politician's disease. Step one: Fight the power. Step two: Become the power. Step three: Same as f*cking usual.
Also fascinating to wonder how, just a few weeks ago, Democrat dissenters on the bill like Larry Kissell were dicks as far as us 'grassrooters' were concerned. Now if he sticks to his guns and helps put the Lieberman Bill out of its misery, he is to be applauded. I wonder what Alan "The Beast" Grayson has to say on the subject. But the Google tubes are more focused on how our favorite "Congressional Thug" is otherwise engaged trying to "Silence Free Speech".
