When I lived in Grass Valley I used to read the police blotter all the time for it's entertainment potential. The best report was multiple complaints about a guy riding a black horse down a dark road in the middle of the night dressed as the grim reaper...complete with scythe. Apparently he did this several times and scared old folks and drunks so bad that they almost drove off the road. Genius.
