Michele Allen, 32, of Middletown, Ohio, got arrested while working drunk at a Halloween 'haunted trail'.Said Police Major Mark Hoffman: "It's curious. When I think of Halloween, I don't think of cows as being scary - although this one was." Allen was arrested after blocking traffic, chasing kids and challenging passersby to "suck her udders."
