"I was speaking to a police officer recently and shouted out 'I sell drugs to kids'." Says former nightclub bouncer and Tourette's syndrome sufferer Paul Stevenson.
The father-of-three now shouts "I'm a gay man" as he wakes next to his wife in the morning and can't prevent himself from swearing in front of his young children.
However sympathetic you may be, it's impossible to deny that Tourette's is the world's most entertaining disease.
